By creating an account or using Snaptryx you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

What Snaptryx provides — screenshots, website change monitoring, and PDF generation — and that features may evolve over time.
03Accounts & eligibility
Requirements for creating an account, keeping credentials secure, and responsibility for activity under your account.
04Acceptable use
You may only capture content you are permitted to. Prohibited uses include illegal content, infringing others’ rights, and abusing the rendering engine.
05Plans, renders & billing
How plans, render quotas, overages and billing work, including the free plan’s hard cap and cancellation.
06Intellectual property
Ownership of the Snaptryx platform and brand, and your ownership of the outputs you generate.
07Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”; scheduled maintenance and downtime may occur.
08Limitation of liability
The limits of our liability to the extent permitted by law.
09Termination
How either party may end the agreement, and what happens to your data afterwards.
10Changes to these terms
How we notify you of changes and when they take effect.
11Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for any disputes.
